All contents of the Website, including texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, are the intellectual property of Scalability Labs SL or third parties, without any exploitation rights being understood to be assigned to the user beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Website.

Trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are owned by Scalability Labs SL or third parties, and access to the Website cannot be understood to grant any rights over them.

The user agrees to:

• Make proper and lawful use of the Website in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Not carry out illicit, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
• Not cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Website.

Scalability Labs SL reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the Website, without prior notice, at its own instance or that of a third party, to those users who breach these terms of use.

Scalability Labs SL reserves the right to make without prior notice the modifications it deems appropriate on the Website, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they appear presented or located.

The contracting of Scalability Labs SL services will be formalized through a specific contract between the parties, which will include the particular conditions applicable to each project. This legal notice does not constitute a binding contractual offer.
